Toothpick meat
Overview
I suddenly wanted to eat it, so I made it. The first time I tried to make it, there were some shortcomings. Next time, the meat can be cut thinner and marinated longer, and it will be perfect!

Wash the meat and cut into pieces

Add all the seasonings salt, sugar, pepper, chili powder, dark soy sauce, and oil, mix well, and marinate for an hour (I will be doing this in a tight schedule because I am bringing rice tomorrow. If you have enough time, it is better to marinate for more than 3 hours)

Finally add the egg white and mix well

Use toothpicks to skewer the marinated meat and set aside
