Prepare ingredients. While preparing, peel the potatoes and steam until mashed and set aside

The following is the amount of ingredients. You can make a lot of these. I usually put them in a crisper box after making them, and they can be eaten at any time.

Chop onions and bacon. Personally, I think it’s good to add carrots and salt, but I didn’t add it since I ran out of it today.

Add butter to a non-stick pan and sauté the bacon. When the bacon is oily, sauté the onions. You can fry it for a while. Then I added the cheese slices, I was more casual and didn't choose a specific brand. Then add the steamed potatoes.

Start stirring, the finer the potatoes, the better. If it feels dry, add milk. If you like the mashed potatoes to be thicker, add less milk. If you like the mashed potatoes to be thinner, add more.

Turn off the heat and stir constantly until evenly thickened.
