Vietnamese Potato Braised Pork Ribs
Overview
This is a dish taught by my roommate’s Vietnamese diplomat sister when I was studying abroad. It’s delicious. You can try it~

Cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces

Add all the ingredients (except water) according to the amount. Chop the ginger and garlic as finely as possible.

Stir evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for 30-40min

Two big potatoes (*^◯^*)

Cut the potatoes into the size you like

Without adding oil, fry the marinated ribs directly in the pan over high heat

After the surface of the meat changes color, add water and stew

Add an appropriate amount of water to the bowl for marinating the meat, and then pour it into the pot

The water should just cover the meat (high fire)

After boiling, add potatoes
-
Fry evenly until the potatoes are half cooked

Simmer over low heat~~
