Prepare the ingredients: 420g light cream, 92g maltose, 57g brown sugar, 125g fine sugar, 225g almonds, and 200g cranberries.

Put 420g of whipping cream in a non-stick pan

Add 57g red brown sugar and 125g fine sugar

Add maltose 92g

Stir slightly.

Simmer, simmer, simmer. Cook until the syrup is thick and the temperature is 117-118 degrees.

Turn off the heat, add 225g almonds and 200g cranberries, and stir evenly.

Pour the mixed toffee batter into the gold plate and roll it out to a suitable thickness.

Cut into pieces with residual heat
