Overview
This kind of yellow croaker was bought by my father when he went to Longkou, another small town near us. He said that he had not seen it in our local area for more than 20 years. The flesh of this small fish is white and firm, and the taste is very similar to that of yellow croaker, but the individual is too small, so it is best to fry it dry.
