Overview

My mother-in-law bought back some king oyster mushroom roots and said they were two-thirds cheaper than the roots of king oyster mushrooms. The roots themselves have less water. I used a dry stir-fry method and added abalone juice and crispy peppers. The taste was great.

  6. Stir-fry king mushrooms until they turn slightly yellowish in color.

  7. Add chilli pepper.
