King Mushroom with Hangzhou Pepper Abalone Sauce
Overview
My mother-in-law bought back some king oyster mushroom roots and said they were two-thirds cheaper than the roots of king oyster mushrooms. The roots themselves have less water. I used a dry stir-fry method and added abalone juice and crispy peppers. The taste was great.

Prepare ingredients.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and add the king crispy mushrooms.

Flatten the pepper with a knife and cut into segments.

Stir-fry king mushrooms until they turn slightly yellowish in color.

Stir well, add chicken essence to taste and serve.
