  1. Mash the biscuits in a removable mold

  3. Pour the melted butter into the biscuit crumbs and mix evenly, pressing firmly with a spoon. (The amount of butter depends on whether the biscuit residues can stick together after pouring in.) Store in the refrigerator

  4. Heat the milk over water, add gelatin powder to dissolve completely, let cool and set aside

  5. Add light cream and sugar, use a whisk to beat it into texture, add milk gelatin paste and mix well
