Original waffles - a healthy energy breakfast, a good day can start with waffles
Overview
I have always enjoyed baking. To make cakes, biscuits, snacks, etc., cute molds are naturally indispensable. Those seemingly simple molds can make flour come alive. Nowadays, we basically focus on healthy eating, and we are still slowly learning and practicing health concepts. They say baking is a point of no return. Since I fell in love with baking, I feel that the kitchen is getting smaller and smaller, and the materials and molds are a mess. This time I bought a waffle mold and a taiyaki mold without holding on. I just don’t know the difference in taste between the two? I originally wanted to buy all the egg roll molds and meatball molds, but in the end I decided against it. Every time I go shopping, I really have no resistance to these things. I buy a bunch of mold tools, and some of them are thrown back into the box and slept after being used once or twice. But as long as I don't go out, I feel like I'm on stimulants. I spend the whole day at home alone in the kitchen, constantly trying and summarizing, and I really don't feel lonely. Nowadays, I rarely buy snacks outside because most of them contain trans fatty acids. Although time for breakfast is an issue and energy is also an issue, the variety can still be varied. Waffles are very simple to make. They don’t require fermentation or oven. Once made, they can be served with chocolate sauce, fresh cream, condensed milk jam and other ways to eat them. It is a healthy and energy-rich breakfast. A good day can start with waffles. However, my dad doesn’t like sweets and prefers meaty ones. Next time he can try salty waffles, such as scallion pork waffles.
