Chop onions

Wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, soak them in water to remove the starch.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, black pepper and starch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Turn on medium heat, slick the chicken with hot oil until cooked, remove and set aside.

Heat the pot and sauté the onions, add potatoes, chicken and curry cubes and stir-fry.

Add hot water just enough to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil and then turn to low heat.

Take another pot, add water to boil, add a little salt, cooking oil, and add macaroni. Simmer for 12 minutes until soft.

When the potatoes are soft, scoop out the curry, pour it over the cooked and drained macaroni, and garnish with coriander.
