Stir-fried minced pork with green beans
Overview
Stir-fried minced meat with green beans is a great dish to go with rice. The tender and crispy beans and the aroma of the meat are simply too delicious. It is most suitable for families with elderly people and children. Cutting minced meat used to be a very difficult task, but since I bought a Shinna porcelain knife, I can cut meat and vegetables easily. It is a good helper in the kitchen.
