Preparation: One Baotou

A basin of cold water

Dried red pepper. Appropriate amount of whole peppercorns

Cut the cabbage into pieces with a knife and remove the roots

Peel the vegetables along the leaves

Lay the peeled vegetables flat and cut them into long strips

Separate the hard white part and the green part of the chopped cabbage

Pour water into the pot. When it bubbles, add a little salt

Pour the cut white hard part into the pot and cook it for a while

Then pour the green part into the pot.

After ten seconds, use a slotted spoon to pour into the cold water
