Pineapple Bean Paste Rice Dumplings
Overview
The Dragon Boat Festival is here, and this is really the first time to make rice dumplings. I wanted to be a little creative and thought of using pineapple, which will increase the refreshing taste of the rice dumplings. The result is that the bag looks very weak, but it tastes really great! Maybe I was a cook in my previous life, and seasoning is always satisfying, hahahaha!

Steps
-
Press the red beans in a pressure cooker for one hour, crush them, add the white sugar and mix well. Shape into small balls and refrigerate for 2 hours. This is a better package.
-
Cut the pineapple into small pieces and put it in the basin where the glutinous rice is soaked. Soak it for 1 hour so that the glutinous rice will have the fragrance of pineapple.
-
When wrapping, just put them in the order of glutinous rice, pineapple bean paste, and glutinous rice, and press them tightly.
-
Place the wrapped rice dumplings in a steamer, add water to cover the rice dumplings, boil the pot over high heat, and cook over medium heat for 3 hours.

I like to eat it dipped in sugar.
