Soft-boiled egg, ham and salted muffins
Overview
Muffin cakes have a firmer texture than cakes, and are widely welcomed by baking enthusiasts because of their simple operation, short time consumption, high success rate, varied flavors, and easy storage. There are generally three methods for making muffin cakes, depending on the state of the butter: muffin method (melt butter over water, or vegetable oil can be used instead), emulsification method (whip and soften butter), and crisp method (use frozen butter). I used the emulsification method. The marked dosage can make two kitchen paper cups. The oven used is ACA's ATO-E38AC voice prompt electric oven. The golden muffin cake body and the half-cooked and bursting hard-boiled eggs provide multiple textures and nutrients.

Preheat the ACA oven, select 190 degrees for the upper heat and 180 degrees for the lower heat. After the preheat reaches the temperature, there will be a voice prompt to add the ingredients

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag with a cutout, squeeze a little batter on the bottom of the paper cup, and put the peeled eggs upright
-
Pour the batter around the eggs, and shake it a few times to release the bubbles until the paper cup is eighty-nine percent full
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated ACA oven, turn up the heat to 190 degrees, then bake at 180 degrees for about 6-8 minutes
-
When finished, take it out. The surface will be evenly colored and beautiful. Let it cool
