Steps
-
What I want to tell everyone in advance is to keep your hands free of oil and cosmetics throughout the process. Both the pot and scissors must be oil-free! Wash your hands, cut the semi-dried sea cucumber up and down along the opening on the sea cucumber, and then clean the sand spit with scissors.
-
Rinse the cleaned sea cucumbers twice with tap water to wash away the sediment. Soak in tap water for 1 hour
-
Put the soaked sea cucumber into an oil-free pot, fill it with as much water as possible, and foam the sea cucumber. Boil over high heat.
-
When the water boils, turn to low heat. Cook for two hours, stirring constantly with chopsticks during the cooking process to avoid sticking. After cooking, turn off the heat and let the sea cucumber cool naturally. After it cools down, hold one end of the sea cucumber with your hand and shake it to see if the sea cucumber is springy. Pick out the sea cucumbers that are not springy, repeat the last step, and cook for half an hour. (After cooking it so many times, it basically becomes chewy in 2 hours)
-
Put the cooked sea cucumber into a large bowl and pour in 0-5 degree purified water. Be sure to use 0-5 degree purified water! ! ! There should be no more water than sea cucumbers, and the container for sea cucumbers should be large! Don't be too crowded! Put it in the refrigerator and let it soak for 3 days. Change the purified water twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. All must have 0 to 5 degree purified water, and the replaced purified water cannot be reused.
-
Soak your hair for 3 days and you’re done!
-
Remove the water from the soaked sea cucumber. Place in a small bag and freeze in the refrigerator. Every time you eat it, take it out the night before, put it in the refrigerator, and defrost it. It’s convenient every time you eat it!
