Braised Bean Noodles
Overview
My love for cooking comes from my mother’s excellent cooking skills. I have always followed my mother’s path and gradually improved it. Today I have another favorite dish of braised beans and noodles that I would like to share with you.

Here are all the materials we need, keep it simple.

We select the beans, wash them, and cut them into small sections (the size of the sections depends on personal preference)

Mince garlic and set aside

Cut the pork belly into thin strips and pour some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

The preparations are done, now we start frying the shredded pork.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, you can add a little more, and there are beans and noodles later. You want the beans and noodles to be colored, so you need more.

Pour in the beans and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the beans change color, then add salt. You need to add more salt in moderation because there are noodles. Pour some water and spread out the beans.

Then we spread the noodles evenly on the beans and pour an appropriate amount of water along the edge of the pot. Then cover the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

This is what it looked like after 8 minutes.

Then turn the noodles over. Put the garlic in and simmer for a while. First taste to see if the noodles are cooked. If it suits your taste, go to the next step.

We scattered the noodles and beans and stirred them together. Turn off the heat and add some MSG.

Take it out of the pot and have a look. Is it good? Does everyone have an appetite?
