Steps
-
Make the noodles in advance, use warm water, and make them soft!
-
You want fresh mutton, and the meat shouldn't be too lean, because you can't add any oil to the stuffing. It relies on the oil of the meat itself, so if the meat is lean, you need to add some fat from the mutton. What we want is the original flavor!
-
Dice the onions and set aside. Don’t cut them too small!
-
When dicing the meat, do not use ground meat, let alone mince it, it must be cut into small dices!
-
Put the diced meat, onions, broth, soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, and MSG together and stir evenly!
-
Make the dough and prepare the buns
-
I packed more here because I plan to freeze it again so it will be convenient to eat next time! Therefore, you still need to control the amount of meat and noodles yourself
-
Put the steamer in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes, and the delicious steamed buns will be ready

The Buryat buns we ate were authentic and tasted particularly delicious! Meaty and juicy
