Homemade yogurt is an indispensable food at home, because children love it and because of its nutrition. When making yogurt, I like to heat the milk to about 42 degrees first. Why? Because 42 degrees can not only melt fine sugar, but also give yogurt probiotics a good fermentation temperature. When boiling milk on a gas stove, you always need to hold a thermometer to measure it, for fear that the temperature is too high or too low. Now I don’t have to suffer that fatigue anymore, because I use a smart thermostatic milk kettle to boil milk. This way you don't need a thermometer, and you don't have to stand next to the stove so hard to measure the temperature.

Prepare 900 ml of pure milk and 100 ml of whipping cream, mix evenly.

When it reaches a temperature between 42 and 45 degrees, turn off the power. At this time, the temperature of the milk can be easily determined without measuring or standing.

Add 80 grams of fine sugar and stir evenly.

Add it to the milk and stir while adding to make the probiotics more evenly distributed.

Then put it into pre-sterilized yogurt bottles, cover it, and ferment it at an appropriate temperature for 7 to 8 hours, until the yogurt solidifies. The finished yogurt will have more flavor after being refrigerated overnight.
