My son saw someone selling grilled quail eggs at the night market and asked me to make them for him. I found the recipe on Meitian and started making it. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients are on standby. Wash the mushrooms, remove the mushroom stems, and carefully dry them with the palm of your hand.

Put a small piece of butter into the mushrooms, sprinkle with cumin powder and a little salt.

Crack the quail eggs into the mushrooms.

Place in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take out and sprinkle with grated cheese.
