Lemon grilled fish
Overview
Tonight is the weekend and I really want to eat fish. After I bought a snapper, I remembered the old man who drank, talked and sang on the holy island of Greece, and the grilled fish I had at his house. I am grateful that he told me his delicious recipes without reservation. Half a year after returning from my trip to Europe, I always remember the way he chatted with me and wish him all the best.

Method: First marinate the fish on both sides, inside and outside with salt for a while, and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Drizzle some olive oil on the fish, fry it until brown, spray it with white wine or Chinese Huadiao, add garlic and fry it briefly, then transfer it to the baking pan.

Put a handful of parsley and half a lemon in the fish belly, as shown in the picture. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
