  1. Rinse the strawberries with running water and place them on kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture

  2. Pick off the stems from the strawberry bases so that they can stand on the plate

  3. Use a knife to gently slice off the petals from the bottom of the strawberry

  5. Make other flowers in turn and place them on the plate

  6. Pour half a bowl of water into the pot, add sugar, turn up the heat and melt the sugar

  7. Stir continuously until the water evaporates and many fine bubbles appear in the sugar water, turn off the heat

  8. Let the prepared sugar juice cool down

  9. Pour the sugar juice evenly on each strawberry flower
