Shred the tofu skin and mince the coriander

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, blanch the shredded tofu for a minute or two. This step is very important as it can remove the beany smell and make the shredded tofu soft.

After the tofu shreds are cooled, add coriander, salt, sugar, chicken essence, apple cider vinegar, fried chili powder, and mix well. Mix and adjust the taste according to your preference.
