Steam the spring pancakes and set aside. Wash and drain the lettuce slices

Beat the eggs with a little salt and fry them into egg cakes in a pan. 2 eggs can fry about 4 egg cakes, which are about the same size as spring pancakes

Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the spring pancakes

Place one side of omelet on top and spread some tomato sauce

Place 2 lettuce leaves and roll up the entire cake
