XO Sauce Baby Cabbage

After picking off the bad leaves of the baby cabbage, cut it in half. Put it face up into a deep plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chicken essence, and steam over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

Carefully remove the baby cabbage in a plate. Pour the vegetable soup in the plate into a shallow pot first.

Start the fire and heat the vegetable soup. Mix the starch with water and pour it into the pot, stir, then turn off the heat to form a gravy.

Place the XO sauce on top of the steamed baby cabbage, then pour the gravy on top. Done.
