Cut the cold steamed buns into thin slices of about 1 cm to 1.5 cm

Beat two eggs and add some sugar, then put the steamed buns in and coat them with egg liquid

Pour a little oil into the pot, turn on low heat until it is five minutes hot, add the steamed buns wrapped in egg liquid, until both sides are slightly browned
