Gold-wrapped fried rice
Overview
Jinbaoyin is yellow egg liquid wrapped around white rice grains, so it is called Jinbaoyin. The leftover rice used to make this fried rice must be relatively dry, otherwise it will be difficult to fry the fried rice grain by grain after adding the egg liquid.
