  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes, and prepare the white sugar.

  2. When the oil pan is 50% hot, add potato cubes and fry over low heat until they float.

  8. There aren't that many strands in the potato pieces just out of the pot. After they cool down for a while, you can pull out a lot of strands. Use the remaining sugar juice in the pot to draw long ribbons for decoration.
