Prepare all ingredients

Whites and yolks separated. Take the egg yolk and add 30 grams of powdered sugar and stir evenly.

Add milk and mix well

Sift in the flour

Stir up and down to mix evenly without any lumps.

Add powdered sugar and cream of tartar to the egg whites, beat until coarsely foamy

Add another 10 grams of powdered sugar and continue beating

Beat until the whisk has soft peaks when lifted.

Add another 10 grams of powdered sugar and beat until the whisk has hard peaks

Take 1/3 of the egg white batter and add it to the egg yolk batter

Mix well. Do not stir in circles.

Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites

Continue to stir up and down evenly

Pour into the mold and put in the oven. Bake at 165 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 150 degrees for another 30 minutes

After taking it out, turn it upside down and let it cool before unmoulding
