Sausage Cheese Bread
Overview
Two children used practical actions to prove: bread with meat is more fragrant! Anyway, no matter whether you are hungry or not, you have to hug Ken. Usually when making this kind of bread, I buy crispy sausage or ham sausage from the supermarket. This is the first time I use this fresh pure meat sausage. I can really see the sizzling shrinkage of the meat when roasting. It is a pleasure for the eyes and taste buds. The key is that it is free of preservatives, colorings and flavors, and tastes particularly good, so children can eat it with confidence. Use it to make bread, add some chives and shredded cheese. It tastes so fragrant that you can’t stop eating it even after it’s baked late at night.

Place eggs, yogurt, sugar and salt in the bread bucket in sequence, then pour in bread flour and yeast

Turn on the kneading mode for 20 minutes, add softened butter, and continue kneading until the dough reaches the expansion stage

Let the dough rise until doubled in size

Divide the dough into 6 small portions and let rest for ten minutes

Roll it out one by one and place it on the baking tray. Place the sausage on top and press it slightly to set it

First brush a layer of egg wash on the bread, then add chopped chives and squeeze on the salad dressing

Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown
