Honey grapefruit tea
Overview
"Compendium of Materia Medica" says that grapefruit is sweet and sour, cold in nature, and has the effects of regulating qi and reducing phlegm, moistening the lungs and clearing the intestines, nourishing blood and strengthening the spleen. Soak the grapefruit in hot water for 15 minutes, rub with salt, drain and cut with a cross knife

Remove the white flesh part from the skin, the thinner the better (the more white parts, the bitterer the taste). Cut into thin strips and put in water for 5 minutes

Take the grapefruit fruit and wrap it cleanly. The pieces should not be too small. The quantity should be 1:1 with the grapefruit peel

Dissolve 500g rock sugar with appropriate amount of water and boil

Put the cut grapefruit peel into boiled rock sugar water and simmer over medium heat until translucent, about 15 minutes
