Cantonese style rice dumplings
Overview
Jianshui Zongzi is a traditional snack of the Han people in Guangdong. The meat is golden and transparent, crispy and not greasy. When eaten, it is dipped in sugar or honey, which is unique. Thursday is the Dragon Boat Festival, so let’s make some Jianshui rice dumplings in advance and share the famous Cantonese snacks.

Put the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, the water should soak the rice dumplings, and cook for about 40 minutes; PS: Ordinary pots should cook for more than 1 hour;
