  3. Put the milk and eggs into the bread bucket with the mixing blade installed, then add sugar in the other corner of the bread machine, avoiding the salt.

  4. Add high-gluten flour and low-gluten flour, and finally sprinkle yeast on the flour. (Make sure the yeast does not stick to any liquid)

  5. Select the "Kneading" program for 15 minutes. Remember to open the lid and check the dough mixing situation in the middle. There will be a little flour stuck to the wall of the barrel. You can use a rubber scraper to scrape it off.

  6. After the "Kneading" program is completed, open the lid. The dough at this time is still a bit rough and not smooth; add butter, close the lid, and select the "Kneading" program again for 15 minutes.

  7. After the dough is kneaded, open the lid and check. The dough at this time is very smooth.

  8. Take a piece of dough and slowly stretch it out. Look, it is commonly known as the "glove membrane". Poke it with your fingers. The edge of the hole is smooth and not rough. At this time, the dough has reached the complete stage and can be used to make bread.

  9. Take out the dough, divide into 2 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until doubled in size.

  10. Divide into 6 portions, roll into balls and let rest for about 15 minutes.

  11. Roll the dough into a drop shape and roll it up from the bottom.

  12. Place the dough prepared in sequence into the baking pan and let it rise twice as big as in the oven.

  13. After fermentation, brush the remaining egg wash on the surface of the bread; preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 16 minutes.
