Purple sweet potato cake
Overview
This is the first time I have made purple sweet potato cake. Overall, it has risen well, but the texture inside is a bit sticky. I don’t know if it is caused by not steaming it long enough or because of the purple sweet potato. The purple sweet potato puree I made is not fine enough, which may be the reason, or maybe I added too much purple sweet potato

Ingredients
Steps
-
Steam the purple sweet potato and press it into a puree. Add sugar and a little water and mix well
-
I didn’t beat it fine enough (if you have the ability, you can beat it in a blender)
-
Take an appropriate amount of warm water and add yeast to dissolve it (the amount of water can be less, because there is some water in the purple sweet potato itself). If you want to make a large amount, you can add more water. This can increase the amount of flour, so that when it is served, the crunchiness of the purple sweet potato will not affect the taste. Add flour and yeast water to purple sweet potatoes and knead into a soft dough
-
Put it into the mold, add some decorations as you like, boil water in the pot, turn off the heat and let it ferment until it doubles in size, then steam for 20-30 minutes (the length of time depends on the size of the dough)
