Slice the sausage, chop the green onions, add a little salt to the eggs and mix well and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, break up the eggs, take them out and set aside

Pour in the sausage, stir-fry and add a little water (if the sausage is hard, just add a little water to boil it)

Pour in the sliced eggs and stir-fry. Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry together.
