  1. Wash the garlic leaves, peppers and potatoes, cut off the peppers and garlic leaves, and dice the potatoes and set aside.

  2. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes (about 2 minutes). Pour out the starch to clean the surface. Heat another pot, pour in rapeseed oil. When the oil is hot, add diced potatoes and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
