Overview
Children generally like fruit smoothies at home, and I also like them, because the combination of fresh fruit and yogurt is very healthy. I use my own homemade plain yogurt, which has no sugar and uses the sweetness of fruits. It is delicious and healthy. Especially my child who doesn’t like plain yogurt also loves milkshakes.
