Overview
This cake is made for my husband, for my children, because of home, and because of love. It’s Xiaomei’s first time doing it again! I can do it, and I believe you can too!

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients, a total of 7 utensils are needed. Put the butter in the largest basin. Place 1 small egg separately, mix well to turn into whole egg liquid, and set aside.
-
Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a basin, and cook over low heat until it bubbles
-
When it starts to bubble, turn it off immediately and pour in the flour
-
When it starts to bubble, turn it off immediately, pour in the flour, and stir
-
Stir the flour, then pour in the condensed milk, 3 egg yolks, and 1 whole egg liquid
-
Next, beat the egg whites, pour in 50 grams of sugar in 3 batches, and beat in 3 batches until creamy.
-
Then add the creamy egg whites into the flour bowl in three batches and stir up and down with a rubber blade without making circular motions.
-
The mixed cake liquid is even
-
Prepare the grapes and wash them with boiling water
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes, then grease the baking pan or mold we use to hold the cake batter. Pour it in slowly and evenly (I baked 2 portions in total, one using a heart-shaped cake mold and the other using a baking pan)
-
After pouring the cake batter into the baking pan or mold, shake it to pop out the bubbles. Put raisins on top. Place in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
-
This is a cake baked in a 6-inch heart-shaped mold. The mold is deeper and the baking time is longer
-
Cut into small pieces and show off, it feels good.

This is what it looks like when baked on a baking sheet, cut into cubes. Very tempting, right?
