Stir-fried cucumber and bean skin meat rolls
Overview
A very simple and quick stir-fry, the commercially available bean curd and meat rolls are very popular in our house, but eating them directly can be a bit greasy. Pair it with some cucumber and stir-fry it, it is refreshing and delicious.

The bean skin meat rolls are purchased cooked food and can be sliced directly for later use.

Wash and cut the cucumber into slices.

Heat the pot and pour a little vegetable oil on it.

Add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add cucumber slices and stir-fry evenly.

You can add a little freshly ground pepper as appropriate, but you can ignore it if you don’t like it.

Add the sliced meat rolls and drizzle with a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Sprinkle a little sea salt and stir-fry over high heat.
