Since having a baby, I have tried all kinds of carrot recipes, and finally decided that this fried carrot dish is our must-make dish every week. It is fragrant and slightly sweet, and both adults and children like it.

Wash and peel the carrots.

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 80% hot.

Add shredded carrots and stir-fry over low heat. After about thirty minutes, the carrots will exude a fragrant smell. Add a small amount of salt and remove from the pan.
