Salad - sesame spinach
Overview
Spinach is rich in nutrients. It contains a large amount of beta carotene and iron. It is also an excellent source of vitamin B6, folic acid, iron and potassium. The rich vitamin A in spinach makes the eyes bright and beautiful, and the B vitamins can treat night blindness and angular stomatitis.

Heat hot water in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of salt, add washed spinach, and stir until the color turns green and remove.

Cool, drain and cut off.

Mix appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and cold water.

Pour over spinach and mix well.

Fry white sesame seeds in a pot over low heat until lightly browned. Leave to cool.
