Overview

Spinach is rich in nutrients. It contains a large amount of beta carotene and iron. It is also an excellent source of vitamin B6, folic acid, iron and potassium. The rich vitamin A in spinach makes the eyes bright and beautiful, and the B vitamins can treat night blindness and angular stomatitis.

  1. Heat hot water in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of salt, add washed spinach, and stir until the color turns green and remove.
