Mix dry ingredients first, 300g flour, 3g salt, 100g sugar, 10g baking powder, appropriate amount of dried cranberries, mix well and set aside

Heat 125g butter + 185g milk over water until combined, stir well and let cool until set aside

After the milk has cooled, add 2 eggs and mix well

Fold into cake batter, do not over mix

Fill paper cups 70% full and sprinkle some dried cranberries on top
