Rush Pig Heart Soup
Overview
Rush clears the heart and reduces internal heat, Ophiopogon japonicus clears the heart and moisturizes the lungs, nourishes yin and promotes body fluids, Polygonatum odoratum moistens dryness and quenches thirst. Wash the pig heart and cut into thin slices.
