Overview
Last year in Beijing, I was lucky enough to eat the old Beijing snack pastry pancakes. Today, I am drooling just thinking about it. Try making it yourself! It’s an improved version! The battered pancakes I ate in Beijing were made with scrambled eggs first and then added leeks. What I made today was mixed with eggs, chopped leeks, salt and peppercorns.
