Prepare ingredients. 2 eggs, 1 tomato, 2 green peppers (the ones that are a bit spicy will taste better)

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a spoonful of warm water and mix thoroughly. Adding warm water will make the eggs smooth.

Heat the cold oil in a pan and add the egg liquid. After frying, add shredded ginger and stir-fry to remove the smell.
