Double skin milk
Overview
Double skin milk is a special dessert. The method is also very simple. First, boil the milk, but do not boil it. Pour it into a bowl while it is still hot. Soon a milk skin will form on the surface. Use chopsticks to pierce the milk skin. Slowly pour the milk out of the bowl. Add an appropriate amount of egg whites and white sugar. Stir well. Then slowly pour it back to the original bowl along the edge of the bowl. The original milk skin will float slowly and then be steamed.
