Hakka Yong Tau Foo

Overview

I have always liked Yong Tau Foo, but I have never tried cooking it myself. On a rare Saturday, I got up early and bought two big bags of vegetables. The interest suddenly came over, so I made this finished dish, haha~

  1. Rinse the purchased bean paste, dry it, and use chopsticks to poke a hole in the middle of the bean paste so that you can take it back and stuff it with meat.
