Overview

Actually I have never tasted real Xuemei Niang, but I have seen it on the recipe and I have always wanted to make it, and I finally made it today.

Steps

  1. Have the required materials ready.

  2. Add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, milk and sugar together and mix well

  3. Pour it into a plate and steam it so it cooks faster, about 10 minutes!

  4. Put the glutinous rice flour into the pot and stir-fry over low heat to avoid burning. Just smell the aroma of rice.

  5. Dice the mango.

  6. Steamed dough, stir evenly.

  7. Divide into 5 equal parts and shape into round dough.

  8. Put it in the mouth of the bowl for easy wrapping.

  9. Put cream on the first layer, diced mango on the second layer, and cream on the third layer.

  10. Wrap it up.

  11. Turn it upside down and succeed.

  12. It tastes really good after being chilled!
