I brought back some small pumpkins from my hometown. They are small and perfect for steaming eggs.

Wash the small pumpkin, cut off the top, scoop out the seeds, and smooth the inner wall.

Place in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, then take out and let cool.

Beat the eggs, add 1.5 times as much water as the eggs, add a small amount of salt and mix well.

Sieve the egg mixture.

Pour into the cooled pumpkin.

Cover the lid, leaving a gap, and steam for about 15 minutes.

Take out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle with light soy sauce.
