Homemade puff pastry
Overview
I often make a large portion of puff pastry, put it in the freezer, and divide it into small portions. I can take it and use it anytime when I want to eat it. It’s very convenient! 😘 Sharing my own method of making puff pastry, I hope it will be helpful to everyone! 😜 PS wishes: Happy New Year!🎉🎉🎉

Prepare materials.

Add salt, sugar to flour and stir.

Add yeast water.

Mixed into a ball.

Add 100 grams of previously softened butter.

Knead it into a ball and let it rise for 2 hours.

Deflate it, roll it into a large piece, and spread it with 250 grams of butter.

Cover.

Start laying the quilt layer by layer. Once the butter is soft, refrigerate it for 20 minutes before folding again.

Finally, roll it into a 1-2 cm thick piece, cut into small pieces, and freeze.
