Strawberry Cream Sandwich

Sweet and sour strawberries with sweet whipped cream, a simple version of the cake, make it quickly

The ingredients are ready. Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. I prepared some extra strawberries for decoration. They are all extra and can be ignored. For toast, just prepare plain toast. I prepared two pieces of original flavor and two slices of whole grain cranberry
Trim edges around toast.
Cut all four pieces and set aside
Add sugar to a small box of whipped cream. Whipped cream is available in supermarkets and seems to be 237ml. 200ml is actually enough, but it’s difficult to store the remaining amount. Use it at once to save worry.
Electric egg beater at low setting
You can see that the whipping cream is getting thicker and thicker
Beat the ice cream until it looks like the one in the picture. The cream will not flow and can stand upright for later use
Melt 20 grams of butter in water
Butter one side of toast.
Apply on both pieces
Use a spatula to spread an even layer of whipped cream on the buttered side
Spread the strawberries evenly
Fill the gap between the strawberries with cream and smooth it
Cover with another slice of buttered toast. Cut in the middle
Just decorate with strawberries, simple version of small cake, tastes good too
