When I was a child, cauliflower was a home-cooked dish that would be on the dining table at home when the cauliflower bloomed. But now it is priced at 70 or 80 yuan per pound and is rarely seen on my dining table!

Pond carp bought from the market

Remove the scales, remove the gills, remove the internal organs, clean and drain the water
